1. Subscription & Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made for ZapOrder services, including but not limited to 1-month, 2-month, or custom subscription plans, are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Important Notice: In the event of software downtime, technical failures, service suspension, or the complete and permanent discontinuation of the ZapOrder software platform for any unforeseen reason, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued for any unutilized subscription period. By remitting payment and utilizing our intelligence suite, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to assume this operational risk.
2. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Infrastructure
The ZapOrder platform and its "Elite Intelligence" suite are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for zero-latency operations, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently continuous service.
Under no circumstances shall ZapOrder, its founders, developers, or affiliates be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or operational disruptions experienced by your enterprise due to software usage, unexpected outages, bugs, or absolute service termination.
3. Right to Modify or Terminate Service
ZapOrder reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or permanently shut down the software, its features, or your specific account access at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
